I have 2 AVI's which I rendered a long time ago at 640x480...these days I would like to put them on my website but need to resize to the more manageable 320x240. I successfully converted the AVI to MPG (because AVI to AVI wouldn't work and said the file was in use by another app...which it wasn't), but in the resize process, it didn't resize each frame to 320x240, but rather it seemed to have cropped out any of the video that did not fit into the new size! Whats going on here? Why did it do that? Is there any way to TRULY resize the video down?
