For my suggestions I would like to see more "light tanks" including the Bren carrier, Vickers machine gun tanks, and Stuart M3 series. (***000 to WSW for the Pzk MK Ia series and Lynx! - I bought my share! OK a few ***ooo's for Gasoline for the 38T. C'est manufique!)
Most of your collectors seem to be buying Bandai/Fuman/Frog kits and Solido. I doubt very much these collectors will get the smaller light tanks in the 1/50 - 1/48 scale. Also the smaller tanks really show off the big armor kits. Any you do an incredible job on these. They just get better and better.
With your early war body 250/1 you have plenty of room to all the ammo carrier, mortar, recon, and please please the Rommel "GRIEF" variant with a radio/antenna a nice, accurate, decal. (You PROMISED me you would do this and I am waiting patiently ;-))
And don't even get me started on the lack of Russian artillery and the need for an Italian M13 tank! How can you overlook what would be the most popular 1/40-1/50 scale kit EVER!
Regarding conversions and upgrades I realize you will be relucant to invest in Bandai conversions unless the kits are reissued but there are still many Frog M4A3 kits recently sold and some of the Solido can stand some upgrade. PLEASE release the Calliopien in KIT for us "modelers" and PLEASE put out a M4 "Jumbo" upgrade (turret mostly). I am confident the Solido collectors would want this to extend their Sherman collections. Just make sure to put some nice detail on if for use modelers.
Will think of more later I'm sure.... sincerely I think you do wonderful work on all your kits. I am just grateful for anything new or any new conversion in 1/48th or 1/50th scale. I weep when Solido or Verem come out with something new instead as I know that means there will be no resin detailed kit forcoming. Just keep doing what you're doing and I'll keep buying.
